My best friends got married. Overjoyed and so happy for them. Lets all pray for a blissful marriage and to very very cute kids =) Photos was courtesy of her cousin Farhan. Sweet. Very. with my best friend. We went dating doing our favourite things. Dinner at SAKAE Starbucks for Coffee REBEL for all night dance party and she gave me my real birthday gift like she called it. a travelsized sketchbook with the first few pages of personalized notes and very very old sec sch neoprints!!! and of course a charm bracelet which I totally love. Because we talk too much, we lack photos. But thanks Kai Baby. It was a good night of fun, especially being REBELlious. LOL. XOXO V

21st Part Deux	[Aug. 9th, 2009\|12:23 pm]
they say a picture is worth a thousand words. i have more than one. the boy's prep list the boy overcame his fear of heights and he finally agree to take the singapore flyer with me. he got me my taylor momsen inspired jacket. i <333333333333333333333 so he threw me a surprise with all that mattered. with my very own photographer so that i can remember my most important bday with the most important people. and the best gifts any girl would want on her 21st. and i havent talked about the cake? the awesome customized birthday cheesecake. from FB Ash: The beautiful people who made Wirda's 21st birthday a success. A mini surprise party at the Singapore Flyer and also a barbeque with Wirda's Family at Changi Beach. It was loads fun. More photos soon to be uploaded. Ashik: "a mini surprise party..." hmm...$100+ customized birthday cake, balloons, lightsticks, 20 good friends, awesome 10++ presents, a professional cameraman, after-party dinner at Popeye's, cough cough and a one trick magician! if this is a mini party, i cant imagine what a full scale surprise party would look like. :) pictures from photographer big ash soon. loads of love to all who made it happen to all who wished. 21st Part 1	[Jul. 31st, 2009\|12:31 am]
My dear dear colleagues surprised me today at Morton's The Steak House. I cannot describe how touched and shocked I was. SO lame I actually really teared. I was really really very touched. They told me there was going to be an event at Morton's- ( I work in a PR Agency and they are one of our clients) They made me get a new dress, do proper make up and such. But when I arrived I was surprised with the whole restaurant singing happy birthday and my wonderful colleagues at the centre table with my strawberry cheesecake birthday cake. I am so thank ful I am not kidding. Dinner was great and expensive but best was the company and of course my presents! MY VERY OWN TRAINCASE!!! ARTISTRY BRUSH SET! MAC EYE PALETTES SOUVENIERS FROM MORTONS MY COLLEAGUES ARE LOVE XOXO V

AJA EP LAUNCH	[Jul. 19th, 2009\|11:45 am]
I know this blog has been REAL stagnant. But with the rise and addiction to Twitter and Facebook I don't see a point in blogging much anymore. twitter.com/avanovella my life is over there alright? Yesterday was AJA's EP Launch with opening bands, Duxton Plains, Deputy Siren and Allura. It was massive. It was friends playing with friends for friends. The most homely and cozy and touching show I ever went to. It was lighsticks and spades galore and the show was well played. The ending was freaking epic imagine paramore and phantom planet on the final riot tour. AMAHZING like that. I cant wait for the videos. Tag-core on FB has already started. But some of my faves. Especially this one, cos if I had a band I would want it to look like this. Well, almost. Saturday was very well spent. XOXO V
